Hearthlatch Pin Scheduler ("the App") is a private tool operated by Hearthlatch (https://www.etsy.com/shop/Hearthlatch). Its only job is to publish Hearthlatch's own Pins to Hearthlatch's own Pinterest account.
Who uses it. Only the Hearthlatch shop owner. The App is not offered to the public, and no other Pinterest user can connect to it.
What data it accesses. Through Pinterest's official OAuth, and only with the account owner's consent, the App accesses the Hearthlatch account's boards and Pins so it can create Pins and avoid posting duplicates.
What data it stores. It stores only the OAuth access and refresh tokens for the Hearthlatch account, plus a local log of Pin IDs it has created. These are kept on a private, access-restricted machine. The App does not store any Pinterest data about other users.
Sharing. We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties, and we use no analytics or advertising trackers.
Retention and deletion. Tokens are deleted when access is revoked. You can revoke access at any time from Pinterest Settings → Security → Apps.
